PEER 150 HR Showcase Application

It is important to be as succinct as possible when providing information on your company/product!

The first few questions on the application is what will either hook the judges to want to learn more or cause them to move on.

Conditions and Rules: By submitting your PEER 150 HR Showcase Application, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below and will be Responsible for the payment of the sponsorship if your company’s application gets accepted by our HR Showcase Leadership Council. The Sponsorship rules detailed are part of the contract between PEER 150, LLC management and the Sponsoring firm. PEER 150, LLC has the authority to interpret and enforce the rules set out. All matters not covered are subject to the decision of event management. All decisions so made will be as binding on all parties as the original rules. The sponsoring firm is responsible for familiarizing itself with all the rules and regulations. If the Sponsoring firm or a representative fails to observe the rules they may be excluded from the Sponsorship without refund. No later than six (6) weeks prior to the start date of any previously scheduled event, PEER 150, LLC, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify, change, or otherwise alter the date, time. Further, should rescheduling become necessary, PEER 150, LLC shall make every effort to reschedule the event to commence no more than four (4) weeks from the event’s originally scheduled start date. The parties agree that any and all schedule and/or venue modifications by PEER 150, LLC shall not constitute a breach of, or otherwise nullify, this Agreement. In addition, this provision shall not in any way alter any other terms and conditions found herein, all of which shall remain in full force and effect. Cancellation: The exhibiting firm acknowledges that there are damages associated with cancellations after contracting of event and agrees to the following cancellation terms. Once the application has been submitted and your company gets chosen to participate the exhibiting firm will be liable for 100% of the cost. Payment Terms: By submitting the application you are agreeing to Pay in full prior to the start of the scheduled HR Showcase. The rules and regulations detailed on the Terms & Conditions shall constitute part of this contract and the exhibitor agrees to abide and conform thereto. If payment is not received in line with the times detailed, PEER 150, LLC reserves the right to void the contract. Any amount not paid in line with the terms detailed in the contract may be subject to a late payment service charge of 1.50 % per month on outstanding amounts. PEER 150, LLC reserves its right to pursue any and all delinquent or past due amounts due to it, as warranted, which may include the use of collection services.
