In an interactive Q&A discussion, Danni Hill, CHRO at Planned Parenthood, will share her insights from shepherding her organization’s adoption of continuous performance management. Learn what made this change a priority for Planned Parenthood, hear her best practices for ongoing roll out and see how they are empowering their team to develop a more agile and impactful approach to performance.

Danni Hill, CHRO, Planned Parenthood
Dannette (Danni) Hill is an HR senior leader with over 20-years of experience. Currently, she is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where she leads a team of HR professionals who deliver talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational design and development, performance management, engagement, and HR processes and policies.
Before Planned Parenthood, Danni was the Chief HR Officer for ChildFund, an international NGO dedicated to ending child poverty in developing environments. While at Childfund she led a global HR team working in thirty countries across Africa, Asia, and the Americas to support the HR needs of the organization.
Prior to Childfund, Danni worked as an independent HR consultant for Avon Products Inc, Diversified Consulting Consortium, and WNET-channel THIRTEEN. From 1998 through 2011, Danni worked for Pfizer Inc. She held several positions at Pfizer starting in the Research and Development headquarters in New London, Connecticut. Over the course of 13 years, Danni’s responsibilities included leading the diversity practice and supporting R&D lines as an HR business partner for Animal Health Development and Worldwide Development Operations.
In 2005, Danni did a six-month fellowship in Nairobi, Kenya working for the Ministry of Health. In her last position with Pfizer, Danni was the HR business partner for the Chief Medical Officer’s group. Prior to Pfizer, she held HR specialist and generalist positions in the financial services industry.
Danni has a leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University. She also has an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Hartford, Connecticut and a BS in journalism and media from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
Amanda Iles, Senior Customer Success Manager, BetterWorks
Amanda Iles is a Senior Customer Success Manager with betterworks. She specializes in creating scalable performance programs that focus on change management and driving overall business value. In her role, she partners closely with innovative HR leaders making the shift to continuous performance management and supports in the development of a more agile and streamlined performance program.
In her previous role as Director of Operations at FedBid, Amanda led a team that partnered with civilian government entities, working closely with government procurement agents to revolutionize the purchasing process.
A graduate of Virginia Tech, Amanda received her BA in Public Relations and Marketing.
Eric Toner, Enterprise Account Executive, BetterWorks
Eric is an Enterprise Account Executive with BetterWorks and a seasoned veteran in the HR software space with more than 15-years of experience in the industry. Eric helps educate organizations on the value that implementing a Continuous Performance Management program can bring to motivate their workforce to achieve today’s goals and be ready for tomorrow’s challenges.
Prior to BetterWorks, Eric has worked for leading HR software organizations like SuccessFactors and Taleo, contributing to record growth and acquisitions by SAP and Oracle, respectively. He also has experience at Aasonn, a Global consulting partner to SAP, helping organizations define their HR strategy and the right training and change management approach.
Originally from the Boston area, Eric has a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University and currently lives in Long Island, New York with his wife Jocelyn and 2 daughters, Madison and Isabella.
